And then they also have Pheasants, Partridges, Venison, Wild Boar And parts of pigs, ducks, chickens you have never encountered!!Can't buy Beef Spleen in Waitrose, nor Duck's Tongues, let alone Cock's Combs, Pig Small Intestine, Pig Large Intestine, but interestingly no Brains or Sweetbreads!
